摘要
目的:研究点地梅(Androsace umbellata)的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析以及反相柱层析等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱技术鉴定其结构。结果:分离得到7个化合物,分别为山柰酚(kaempferol,1)、芦丁(rutin,2)、槲皮素(quercetin,3)、primulanin(4)、saxifragifolinB(5)、saxi-fragifolin D(6)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,7)。结论:化合物1～7均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM： To study the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Androsace umbellata （Lour.） Merr.. METHODS ： The fractions of ethanol extract of the herb were subjected to silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column chromatography to afford seven compounds. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical methods. RESULTS： Seven compounds were identified as kaempferol （1）, rutin （2）, quercetin （3）, primulanin （4）, saxifragifolia B （5）, saxifragifolia D （6）and daucosterol（7）. CONCLUSION： Compounds 1 - 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
