摘要
目的:研究点地梅(Androsace umbellata)的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱层析以及反相柱层析等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱技术鉴定其结构。结果:分离得到7个化合物,分别为山柰酚(kaempferol,1)、芦丁(rutin,2)、槲皮素(quercetin,3)、primulanin(4)、saxifragifolinB(5)、saxi-fragifolin D(6)、胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,7)。结论:化合物1~7均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM: To study the chemical constituents from the whole plant of Androsace umbellata (Lour.) Merr.. METHODS : The fractions of ethanol extract of the herb were subjected to silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and ODS column chromatography to afford seven compounds. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical methods. RESULTS: Seven compounds were identified as kaempferol (1), rutin (2), quercetin (3), primulanin (4), saxifragifolia B (5), saxifragifolia D (6)and daucosterol(7). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1 - 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
