摘要
目的对研究中药白花蛇舌草化学成分。方法采用各种色谱技术进行分离,应用波谱数据及理化性质,对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果自白花蛇舌草中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为对香豆酸(Ⅰ),对香豆酸甲酯(Ⅱ),2-醛基-5-羟甲基呋喃(Ⅲ),槲皮素(Ⅳ),山柰酚(Ⅴ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅶ)。结论化合物Ⅱ,Ⅲ为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of Hedyotis diffusa. Methods Column chromatographies were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents of this plant, and their structures were identified by spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. Results and Conclusion Seven compounds were isolated and identified as p-coumaric acid ( Ⅰ ), methyl-p-coumarate (Ⅱ), 2-formyl-5-hydroxymethylfuran (Ⅲ), quercetin (Ⅳ), kaempferol (Ⅴ), β-sitosterol(Ⅵ) and daucosterol(Ⅶ), respectively, among which the compounds Ⅱ and Ⅲ were isolated from Hedyotis diffusa for the first time.
