全氟辛烷磺酸钾对小鼠肝脏的氧化性损伤研究 被引量:3

Study on oxidative damage on liver of mice induced by PFOS-K

摘要 目的以小鼠肝脏细胞中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量为指标,探讨全氟辛烷磺酸钾(PFOS-K)对小鼠肝脏的氧化性损伤作用。方法用剂量为3、6、12和24mg/kg(按体重计)4个浓度的PFOS-K混悬液,分别给小鼠灌胃染毒,20 d后检测肝脏脏器系数,以及肝脏中SOD、POD、CAT的活力和MDA含量变化。结果在染毒剂量3~24 mg/kg浓度范围内,小鼠体重呈现逐渐降低趋势(r=-0.96),肝脏重量(r=0.92)和肝脏脏器系数(r=0.968)逐渐表现出升高趋势;3种抗氧化酶活力则随着剂量的升高表现出下降趋势(rSOD=-0.93,rPOD=-0.91,rCAT=-0.92),而丙二醛含量呈现上升趋势(r MDA=0.96)。结论在本试验条件下,PFOS-K对小鼠肝脏细胞具有氧化损伤作用。 Objective To investigate oxidative damage on the liver of mice induced by PFOS-K with SOD,POD,CAT and MDA as indicators.Methods The mice were gavaged with four doses of PFOS-K(3,6,12,24 mg/kg).The organ coefficient of liver was measured and the activities of SOD,POD,CAT and MDA contents were detected after 20 days.Results With the increasing dose of PFOS-K,the body weight of mice and the activity of SOD、CAT and POD decreased(rSOD=-0.93,rPOD=-0.91,rCAT=-0.92),while the wet weight of liver,the organ coefficient of liver and MDA contents increased(rMDA = 0.96).Conclusion PFOS-K had a significant biochemical toxic effect and cell toxic effect on the liver cells of mice,which were shown as the oxidative damage under the experimental condition.
