正己烷对小鼠脑组织抗氧化酶的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨正己烷对小鼠脑组织脂质过氧化作用。方法取昆明种健康成年小鼠32只,分为对照组和正己烷500 mg/kg体重、1 000 mg/kg体重、2 000 mg/kg体重3个剂量组,每组雌雄各半,灌胃染毒,每天1次,连续3 d。第3次染毒结束12 h后采用断头法处死小鼠,测定其脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性。结果随着正己烷的染毒剂量从500升至2 000 mg/kg体重,SOD和CAT活性先下降,随后升高;GSH-Px活性随正己烷染毒剂量增加而下降。结论正己烷可影响小鼠脑组织抗氧化酶的活性。 Objective To observe the effect of n - hexane exposure on antioxidase and explore the lipid peroxidation in mice brain tissue. Methods 32 Kunming adult mice were divided into 4 groups. N - hexane was given through mouth at doses of 0 ( control), 500, I000 and 2000 mg/kg respectively once per day for 3 days. The mice were killed after they had been poisoned 12 hours and the activities of SOD, GSH - Px and CAT in mice were detected. Results When the n - hexane exposure rose from 500 mg/kg to 2 000 mg/kg ,the activities of SOD and CAT decreased at first, then increased. The activity of GSH - Px was lower while the n - hexane exposure was higher. Conclusion The activity of antioxidase in mice brain tissue could be influenced by n -hexane exposure.
