摘要 目的 探讨硒对酒精中毒所致大鼠肝损伤的拮抗作用。方法 给大鼠喂饲酒精饮料中加硒 ,观察大鼠肝脏损伤情况 ,并检测脂质过氧化物终末产物丙二醛 (MDA)的含量变化及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、黄嘌呤氧化酶 (XOD)和过氧化氢酶 (CAT)的活性。结果 给大鼠喂饲酒精 3个月 ,其肝组织中的丙二醛含量与对照组比较明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,抗氧化酶SOD和CAT活性明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,XOD活性明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ;酒中加硒能明显降低肝组织中的丙二醛含量 ,SOD、CAT及XOD活性亦有所恢复。结论 硒对酒精中毒所致大鼠肝脏损伤有一定的保护作用。 Objective To approach antagonistic effects of selenium on hepatic impairment induced during alcoholism at rat. Methods Rats were provided with alcoholic beverages containing selenium. The state of injure on the rat's liver was observed, and the level of malondialdehyde (MDA), activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), xanthinoxidase (XOD) and catalase (CAT) were detected. Results In the alcoholic group, the level of MDA clearly increased ( P <0 01), the activities of SOD and CAT clearly decreased ( P <0 05) and the activities of XOD clearly raised ( P <0 01). The level of malondiadehyde (MDA) could decreased in alcohol group with the selenium adding, the activities of SOD, CAT and XOD were also recovered. Conclusion The study showed that selenium might play a protective role in the rat's liver during alcoholism.
