转基因食品信息、标识政策对消费者偏好影响的实验研究 被引量:36

摘要 深入研究转基因食品信息、标识政策对于转基因食品的发展和监管具有重要意义。本文运用实验经济学方法,选择我国东部、中部、西部三个城市216名消费者在不同转基因食品信息、标识政策下对转基因食品和非转基因食品的支付意愿进行研究,并通过计量模型分析了不同转基因食品政策下消费者对转基因食品和非转基因食品的偏好。结论表明:转基因食品信息、标识政策对消费者偏好影响显著。有信息时,消费者更加偏好非转基因食品,而无信息时,消费者更加偏好转基因食品;强制标识政策时,消费者更加偏好非转基因食品,而自愿加贴标签政策下,消费者更加偏好转基因食品。
