摘要
运用1991～2007年汽车产业R&D投入、资本投入、劳动力投入与主营业务收入的数据资料,通过计量模型分析,论证了R&D投入已经成为我国汽车产业经济增长最主要的影响因素之一,其经济增长贡献率将越来越大,而R&D投入不足是制约我国汽车产业中长期经济增长的瓶颈。建议通过开征研发税解决汽车产业R&D投入不足的问题。
This paper proves that R＆D investing is one of the most important reasons which deeply effect economy growth of domestic automobile industry and its power of effecting economy growth will be becoming bigger and bigger and seriously insufficient R＆D investing has been a bottleneck which badly effects economy growth by econometrics model based on the 1991 - 2007 years＇ data of R＆D investing, material capital investing, human capital and main business in- come. Based on the research result, this paper suggests that collecting R＆D Tax to solve the problem of inefficiency R＆D market financing pattern and increasing R＆D investing to push automobile industry economy growth.
