摘要
分析湖南 R& D活动的主要特征及其与产业发展的关联关系 ,提出加强 R& D活动、促进湖南经济发展的对策措施。
The paper analyzes the characteristics of R&D and its relationship with the industrial development in Hunan province,and then,puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the R&D activities and to promote the industrial development.
