摘要
甄选大学生人才是企业人力资源管理所面临的重要课题之一。基于胜任力模型设计的指标体系,运用层次分析法确定的指标权重,应用模糊综合评价的测评结果,可以为企业招聘大学生人才提供科学的依据和参考。
The selection of college talents is one of the significant tasks for human resource management.A system of undergraduate recruiting index based on competency model,the index weight determined by the application of analytic hierarchy process,and the assessment by applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,can provide a scientific basis and reference for enterprises in recruitment of college talents.
