AHP模糊综合评价法在高校学生就业抉择中的应用

摘要 依据AHP模糊评价法理论方法,选取评价语集.考虑大学生择业时的主观和客观因素,选取了3个一级指标,19个二级指标,35个三级指标为评价指标体系.利用Matlab编程进行计算检验得出组合权重集ωi(i=1,2,…,n),即为抉择因素权重.针对西北民族大学2013级应用数学专业应届毕业生进行问卷调查的方式得到模糊判别矩阵R.利用单因素和多因素模糊综合评价法计算出结果,得到B=[0.4781,0.3670,0.1550],按照隶属度最大原则取值为0.4781(此处0.4781表示综合各级指标后的最优选择值). In this paper, we select the evaluation of language set which is based on the AHP method of fuzzy evaluation theory. Considering the objective and subjective factors when the college students choosing their jobs, three level index, 19 secondary indicators ,35 tertiary indicators are chosen as the evaluation index system. By using the Matlab to compute and test, the combination weighting sets are given, which is also the choice factors weights. Fuzzy discriminant matrix is obtained by the way that the graduates of class of 2013 in this school, whose majors are applicable mathematics were given questionnaires to survey. As the result of using single factor and multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to survey, B is derived. According to maximum membership degree law,We choose O. 4781 as the optimal choice of value.
