摘要
技术联盟是企业在当前激烈竞争环境下发展技术的主要模式,其研究越来越受到企业、政府的关注。技术联盟的发展、成功运行与合作伙伴的技术创新能力有着密切的联系。利用AHP模糊评价法来评价联盟潜在合作伙伴的技术创新能力,可为联盟合作伙伴的选择提供科学的依据,提高联盟合作的成功率。
The technical alliance is the enterprise current intense competition environment, receives＇s dominating mode, the research on which, under the more and more attention by the enterprise and government. There is a close association among the technical alliance＇s development, successful movement and the partner＇ s technological innovation ability. The paper used AHP technological innovation ability to appraise the alliance latent partners, provided the scientific basis for the alliance partner＇ s chosen, increased the success ratio of the alliance cooperation.
