过氧化苯甲酰是面粉增白剂的主要成分。在小麦粉中添加过氧化苯甲酰,破坏了小麦粉中的营养成分;其分解产物苯甲酸,在面粉中不具有防腐作用,却能增加肝脏的代谢负担。在小麦粉中使用过氧化苯甲酰作为增白剂,弊大于利。
The Benzoyl Peroxide is the main components of the brightener in wheat flour.It can damage nutrients in wheat flour;its decomposition products is Benzoic acid,does not have a preservative effect on wheat flour,but increasing burden on the liver.To use the Benzoyl Peroxide as brightener in wheat flour,it may do more harm than good.
