摘要
认知语言学认为隐喻和转喻表达是人类语言的普遍现象,体现人类概念隐喻和概念转喻两种基本认知方式。文章通过具体语例考察了英、汉体育竞赛新闻语篇中的隐喻和转喻表达所体现出的认知方式上的共性,并从文化维度分析了两者在认知方式上的差异。研究结果有助于中国英语学习者对英语体育竞赛新闻语篇的理解。
The translation of movie titles is central to the fihn and television translation. As one major means of intercultural communication, translation is closely related to cuhure. In light of the difference of cultural psychology, diftbrence of language habits, and difference of histol7 and regions, this paper analyzes the impact of difference between Chinese and western culture on the translation of movie titles.
