摘要
研究表明:英汉体育新闻语篇中战争隐喻除了自身语言文化共性之外,由于历史文化因素隐喻还保留着个性和民族特色;大量战争隐喻的运用体现了英汉体育新闻语言的艺术特色和审美价值;英汉体育新闻语篇中战争隐喻的三大共同功能:语篇功能、审美功能和社会功能。
Research showed： in both English and Chinese sports news texts, metaphor remains individuality and nationality because of history and culture except for the similarity of its language ; application of a large number of metaphors about war showed the artistic characteristics and aesthetic functions of the language in both English and Chinese sports news; there are three common functions of the metaphors： textual functions, aesthetic functions, and social functions.
