孕酮对脑损伤神经保护作用的研究现状 被引量:4

摘要 孕酮是在神经系统中合成的神经活性甾体,通过对神经系统功能的影响,发挥神经营养和保护作用。孕酮在各种脑损伤后的神经保护作用日益受到关注,流行病学调查、动物实验以及临床研究结果显示:孕酮可减轻脑损伤后出现的脑水肿,减小脑梗死体积,减轻实验性脑缺血损伤;孕酮能够减轻脂质过氧化反应、减少自由基产生、稳定膜结构、保护血脑屏障;孕酮还具有调节一氧化氮生成、抗神经兴奋性毒性、抗调亡、调节炎症反应和神经营养等作用。
