摘要
结合传统SDS法提取DNA和Silica吸附柱纯化DNA的优点,建立了能进行多种植物基因组DNA提取的改良SDS法,为提取植物基因组DNA通用方法的建立提供了参考。
An improved method was established for plant genomic DNA extraction.The DNA extraction was based on classical SDS method for DNA isolation and silica column adsorption for DNA purification.The present method could be generally used for small scale genomic DNA preparation from a variety of plants.
