摘要
将鸡子豆粉碎后,采用蒸馏水冷浸提取其中的植物血凝素(PHA),浸提后的上清液经(NH4)2SO4沉淀,100KD分子量的中空纤维超滤膜超滤,然后取PHA上清液、(NH4)2SO4沉淀液、超滤液和浓缩液测定血凝活性,血凝效价依次为28、27、29、27。通过试验,笔者认为超滤法可作为PHA的初步纯化方法。
Phytohaemagglutinin was extracted by distilled water at 4 ℃ from crushed beans, and its supernatant was precipitated by（NH4）2SO4, ultrafiltrated by 100 KD molecular weight fiber membrane respectively. The supernatant solution,（NH4）2SO4 precipitation liquid, super and concentrated liquid of filtration were collected to test the hemagglutinin activity（HA）, and the HA titer of which were 28,27,29,27 respectively. The conclusion indicated that ultrafiltration could be used as a preliminary purification of PHA.
