摘要
采用减压法提取中华卷柏各器官中的总黄酮。结果表明:用60%的乙醇在提取压力约为-0.08MPa,提取温度50℃,提取时间10min时,提取总黄酮的得率最高。在该条件下提取得到的中华卷柏根中总黄酮的含量为1.187mg/g,茎中为1.510mg/g,叶中为2.420mg/g。与超声波法及常压溶剂提取法相比,减压法具有提取温度低、提取速度快、得率较高等优点。
The optimum technological conditions of total flavonoids extraction in Selaginella sinensis by means of decompression were studied.The results showed that the highest extraction rate of total flavonoids was obtained in 60% alcohol for 10 min under the extraction conditions of-0.08 MPa at pressure and 50℃ in temperature,under which,the contents of total flavonoids were 1.187 mg/g,1.510 mg/g and 2.420 mg/g in the root,stem and leaves of Selaginella sinensis,respectively.Flavonoids could be extracted more speedily with higher extraction yield at lower temperature under decompression compared with ultrasonic extraction and solvent extraction.
