摘要
分析了目前中药生产中的主流分离精制技术-醇沉工艺的技术特点及装备技术现状,指出了这一传统技术存在的长期未解决的生产周期长、生产成本高、有效成分包裹损失大、工艺参数控制水平低等难题,给出了解决这些问题的策略:加强醇沉过程微观机理和化学物质迁移规律的研究,提高醇沉工艺的控制水平,实现整个醇沉过程的精确控制和连续化操作;针对高能耗环节,采用先进工艺,提高效率,节约能源。
Ethanol precipitation is a most popular purification technique used in preparing TCM oral solution and injection. This paper analyzes the technical features and current status of equipment used in ethanol precipitation. Authors have sorted out the problems of traditional ethanol precipitation, including long production cycle, high cost, heavy loss of effective elements, and low control capability, along with some strategic solutions, including strengthening the study of micro mechanism and migration of chemical substances, raising the control capability of precipitation technique, realizing the precision control and continuous operation of the entire precipitation process, and using advanced techniques to increase efficiency and save energy.
