摘要
目的:对中药注射剂存在安全隐患问题进行文献资料调研,希望找到中药注射剂安全性问题的突破口。方法:通过中国知网、维普等数据库以及网络平台对中药注射剂安全性问题进行文献调研。结果:通过相关文献内容进行分析总结,本研究认为中药注射剂的安全性主要与其自身复杂的多样性、生产工艺水平、药品说明指导性、临床配伍使用等问题均有密不可分的关系。结论:中药注射剂的安全性问题与多个环节有关,若要有效降低中药注射剂的不良反应,则需从生产到使用进行多环节的掌控。
OBJECTIVE：To study the literature about potential safety hazards lie in the traditional Chinese medicine injections in an effort to find out the solution for the safety of Chinese medicine injections.METHODS： The literature about the safety of the traditional Chinese medicine injections that retrieved from China knowledge network,Vip Database and network platform were reviewed.RESULTS： Through literature review,we concluded that the safety of traditional Chinese medicine injections is closely associated with their complexity and diversity,technological levels,guidance of drug instructions and clinical combined use etc.CONCLUSION： The safety of traditional Chinese medicine injections is associated with many factors.To reduce adverse drug reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections,it is necessary to tighten control on multiple links from production to use.
