摘要
中药注射剂的严重不良反应和严重不良事件近年不时有所报道,其安全性受到广泛关注。本文现就中药注射剂的安全性与药材质量、处方组成、生产工艺、质量控制、说明书内容、临床使用,监测管理和再评价的关联,作一探讨。
Chinese herbal medicine injection-induced serious adverse events have been often reported in recent years, and its safety issue has caused widespread concern. This paper generally discusses the relationship between the safety and crude drug quality, prescription ingredi- ents, manufacturing technology, quality control, instruction content, clinical use, monitoring and administration, as well as reevaluation.
