摘要
目的探讨军队医院文职人员职业成熟度水平及影响因素。方法自设军队文职人员职业成熟度问卷,对310名文职人员进行调查。结果军队文职人员职业成熟度总均分为(3.68±0.32)分。多元线性回归分析结果发现护龄、参加重大任务是职业成熟度的影响因素。结论护理管理者要提高文职人员的职业成熟度应从多方面着手,营造良好的职业氛围,提供职业发展平台,使其有更好的职业发展。
Objective To investigate the levels and related factors of career maturity among army civilian nurses in military hospitals. Method A self - designed career maturity questionnaire for civilian nurses was used to investigate 310 civilian. Results The mean score of career maturity of army civilian was (3.68 ±0.32). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that years of working experience and whether to participate in major tasks were the main influential factors of career maturity. Conclusion Nursing administrators can improve the civilian nurses career maturity form different aspects,to create a good professional atmosphere and to provide career development platform ,thus the civilian can perform better in their career.
