摘要
目的优化军队医院非现役文职人员的心智模式,提升角色与职业素养。方法"能力基础教育"模式的借鉴与开发性应用。结果构建并实践了军队医院文职人员四位一体"能力基础教育"模式。结论四位一体"能力基础教育"模式对完善军队医院文职人员心智模式,提升任职能力具有显著性作用。
Objective To optimize the mental models and to improve the role and occupation qualities of inactive civil service in military hospital. Methods The ＂competence based education＂ （CBE） models were borrowed and applied. Results The four-in-one CBE models for inactive civil service in military hospital was constructed and practiced. Conclusion The developed four-in-one CBE models can significantly consolidate the mental models of inactive civil service and promote their occupational capability.
