摘要
目的加速提升军队医院非现役文职人员军队使命意识与综合素养,提升军队医院现编成结构的整体效能,更好的履行我军的使命任务。方法军队职能、使命教育,军队法规、纪律、制度教育,军人责任、奉献意识教育;战伤救治技能培训,专业技能强化训练;制度、法规性的规范化管理。结果使非现役人员明确了军队编成结构一员的角色定位,确立了履行军人使命的意识,初步树立并养成了军队医务人员必备的责任意识与奉献精神。结论以军队使命为核心的教育内容与务实的制度性、法规性的规范化管理策略,是加速确立军队医院非现役文职人员军人使命意识,提升综合素养,尽快适应军队医院建设需求的有效途径。
Objective To promote the mission consciousness and quality of inactive civil service, to improve the total efficiency of current configuration in military hospital, and to better fulfill the mission of our army. Methods Education on army function and mission, military rules of law, discipline and systems, solider duty and dedication consciousness was performed; training on battle wound treatment skill and professional techniques was carried out; standardized management based on system and rules of law was constructed. Results Inactive civil service were clear on their roles in the army, established the mission consciousness and built up the necessary duty and dedication consciousness as military medical staffs. Conclusion Education based on military mission and standardized management strategies is an efficient way for inactive civil service in military hospital to establish their mission consciousness, improve their comprehensive qualities and to adapt the construction demand of military hospital.
