The study of humanistic quality education need in civilian nurses in military hospital

摘要 目的 调查军队文职护士人文素质现状及任职教育需求,为任职教育的开展提供参考依据.方法 采取访谈法和自制的“军队文职护士人文素质教育需求问卷”对52名文职护士进行调查.结果 军队文职护士人文素质需进一步改善,11项任职教育需求均在55.8%以上,其中医疗领域人际关系处理技巧、自我心理健康维护知识和能力和职业生涯规划方面的需求较高,分别为100.0%,90.4%,82.7%.结论 军队文职护士人文素质任职教育非常有必要,任职教育课程设置要科学、有针对性,切实提高军队文职护士人文素质. Objective To investigate the status and continuing education need of humanistic quality of civilian nurses in military hospital,and provide basis to develop continuing education.Methods Totals of 52 civilian nurses were enrolled with interview and a self-designed questionnaire about continuing education need of humanistic quality.Results The status of humanistic quality need upgrading,the rate of eleven items continuing education need was above 55.8%,civilian nurses had higher need in interpersonal relationship,mental health care knowledge and skill and career planning.The percents were above 80%.Conclusions Continuing education need of humanistic quality of civilian nurses in military hospital is extraordinary necessary,the curriculum design should be scientific and to the point,truly improve humanistic quality of civilian nurses in military hospital.
