摘要
目的:使非现役文职护士在护理实践过程中明确职业目标,选择最佳的职业路径,最终取得职业成功。方法:对46名非现役文职护士作为在职业生涯的前三个时期分别给予相关的职业指导,主要针对护士职业素质中的个人品质、工作态度、价值观、自我形象、专业知识和技能等方面进行培训;对同期选拔未经过职业生涯培训只经过相关理论和技能培训的74名招聘护士最终进行理论和技能考核,并对其职业满意度进行调查。结果:46名非现役文职护士的理论及急救技能进行相关考核,两组存在显著性差异(P<0.05),培训取得的效果明显。结论:对非现役文职护士进行职业生涯规划培训是十分必要的,对全面提升其综合能力起到关键的作用。
Objective:To make the non -active civilian nurses clear about their career aim, to selection optimized career pathway and achieve success. Methods: To give professional guidance to 46 non -active civilian nurses in their three stages of career, and to carry out training in personal quality, working attitude, values outlook, self - image, professional knowledge and technique. To investigate the satisfaction degree of 74 non -active civilian nur- ses who didnt experience career training. Results: There is evident difference between the two groups. And the ones being training achieved good results during the related examination. Conclusions: It is very necessary for non -active civilian nurses to carry out career planning training, which is key to improve their comprehensive capability.
