连续影像记录法提高护理人员操作技能培训中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨提高护理人员操作技能的有效培训方法。方法抽取我院外科系统两个科室的全部护士,按年龄从小至大随机分为两组,一组为实验组,另一组为对照组。对照组采用传统的教学方法进行教学,实验组采用连续影像记录法。对照组在接受带教老师操作示范后进行各自的练习,遇到问题时再请教老师进行修正;实验组在统一观看VCD光盘和进行一次规范示教后,再在连续影像记录下互相或自行练习,通过护士自己对照查看影像记录的操作过程,发现并找出和规范操作中不一致的地方及时纠正。结果实验组护理技能操作考核明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过连续影像记录法在护士技能操作培训中的应用,护士的学习兴趣提高,克服了由于培训员的责任心、技术水平以及理解能力的不同而造成的集体质量偏差。 Objective To explore a nursing operation teaching method for the improvement of the technical operation. Methods All the nurses from two sections of the surgical department in the hospital were selected and randomized into the experimental group and the control group according to age sequence. Routine teaching method was carried out in the control group while the continual phantom writing method was provided in the experimental group. The nurses in the control group underwent self-practice after clinical demonstration of the teachers and revised their malpractices when in trouble. The nurses in the experimental group carried out self and mutual practice with continual phantom writing method after watching the VCD compact discs and a standard clinical demonstration and revised the, malpractices in the nursing operation in comparison with the image records. Results The score of nursing operation evaluation of the experimental group was signifi- cant higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of the continual phantom writing method could enhance the learning interest of the nurses and helped them conquer the quality deviation due to the differences in responsibilities, technical levels and understandings in nursing operation training.
