摘要
目的 探讨低年资护士轮转骨科培训的效果.方法 20名轮转骨科的低年资护士培训6个月,包括入科评估,制定培训计划,根据计划组织讲课、查房、操作示范,培养护士的综合能力,严格执行检查和考核制度.结果 20名培训护士培训后理论成绩优于培训前(P〈0.01);掌握各项操作技能培训前后有显著差异(P〈0.01);患者对培训护士满意率〉98%.结论 6个月骨科轮转培训提高了低年资护士的骨科理论知识、骨科操作能力和综合能力.
Objective To investigate the result of the primary nurses training at the department of orthopaedics. Methods We have trained 20 primary nurses for 6 months at the department of orthopaedics, including evaluation before training and formulating training plan. Then we organized lecture, clinical rounds and operation demonstration according to the training plan, and cultivated the mixed ability of the nurses, and strictly executed checking up and examination system. Results The result of theory examination of the 20 nurses surpassed pre - train- ing( P 〈0. 01 ). The result of grasping every operation skill had significant deviation between pre - training and post - training( P 〈 0.01 ). The satisfaction ratio of patients to these training nurses was exceeded 98%. Conclusion It is the 6 months training at the department of orthopaedics that elevated orthopaedics theory knowledge level, orthopaedics performance ability and the mixed ability of the primary nurses.
