摘要
高校图书馆员工的低生态位存在、社会生态位结构的不合理以及缺乏流变性等问题,制约着高校图书馆价值的最大化实现,只有增强高校图书馆员工的自我认同感,建立合理的用人激励机制及岗位轮换机制,才能构建可持续发展的社会生态位结构。
Some problems existing in university library's staffs such as lower niche existence,irrational social niche structure,and shortage of rheological behavior,etc.restrict the realization of university library's value maximization.Only strengthening the self-identification of university library's staffs,and establishing rational incentive mechanism and post alternating mechanism,can construct the sustainably developed social niche structure.
