摘要
随着人口素质对经济增长的贡献越来越大,人们对人口素质的重视程度日渐加深。知识经济时代,人口素质影响和决定着一个国家和地区的综合实力和竞争能力,是反映现代社会程度的重要标志,对人口素质进行深入研究具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。从人口素质的内涵和外延、要素构成、评价指标等三方面对已有的研究进行了梳理,对相关研究作了简单的述评,并指出今后对人口素质研究的方向。
As the contribution of population quality to economic growth becomes bigger and bigger,people are paying more and more attention to population quality.In the era of knowledge economy,population quality affects and determines a country＇s or a region＇s comprehensive strength and competitiveness.It is an important symbol of the development level of modern society;therefore,further studies of population quality are of important theoretical and realistic significance.Relevant studies available were then reviewed from three aspects of the connotation and denotation,elements and evaluation indexes of population quality.A final simple comment was made on relevant studies and future direction was pointed out of population quality research.
