摘要
目的综合评价山西省11个城市人口素质状况。方法通过广泛查阅文献,借鉴该领域专家及学者的研究成果,遵循科学性、系统性、可比性及可操作性的指标选择原则,运用专家咨询法,确定了10项综合评价指标;利用SPSS 22.0软件,选用主成分分析法,对山西省11个城市人口素质进行综合评价。结果综合评价结果显示,太原市人口素质综合得分最高(F=1.477),晋城市最低(F=-0.613);人口素质位列前3位的是太原市、阳泉市、朔州市,其人口素质均高于全省平均水平(F=0.167),晋中市、忻州市、大同市、长治市、运城市人口素质综合评价排名位列4~8位,排在后3位的是临汾市、吕梁市、晋城市。结论山西省11个城市人口素质参差不齐,其综合评价结果与地区经济发展水平、文化教育资源及医疗卫生事业的发展状况密切相关。
Objective This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the population quality of the 11 cities of Shanxi province.Methods Though careful and in-depth analysis of the related document,adopting the experts＇ suggestion,following the scientific,systematic,comparability and maneuverability principle for selecting indicators,10 indicators were selected.The principal component analysis had been taken into the comprehensive evaluation of population quality among the 11 cities of Shanxi province.Results Among the 11 cities of Shanxi province,the population quality was the highest in Taiyuan（its composite scores was F=1.477）and the lowest in Jincheng（F=-0.613）.Yangquan and Shuozhou ranked the second and third in the whole province,whose population quality level was higher than other cities in Shanxi（F=0.167）.Population quality of Jinzhong,Xinzhou,Datong,Changzhi and Yuncheng ranked the fourth,fifth,sixth,seventh and eighth.Linfen,Lvliang and Jincheng ranked as the last three.ConclusionThe level of population quality among the 11 cities of Shanxi province varied greatly.The economic levels,the cultural and educational resources,the development of the health services are influencing factors of the population quality in the 11 cities of Shanxi province.
