摘要
笔者利用我国1985年~2008年的数据,采用协整、误差修正模型、Granger因果检验等方法,对我国技术进步和劳动力素质之间的关系进行了分析。实证分析表明,技术进步对劳动力人均受教育年数起到了积极的促进作用,技术进步对劳动力素质的提高有显著的作用。因此,我国应加强技术引进与技术创新,而且在技术引进过程中,注重技术引进的消化、吸收,从模仿到创新,借此来提高自主研发能力。同时,应加大对人力资本的投资,加强人力资本的积累。
Using the data from 1985 to 2008 and the methods of co - integration, error correction model, Granger causality test, etc. , the authors analyze the relationship between technological progress and laborers' quality in China. The empirical analysis shows that technological progress has played a positive role in labor education per capita, and a significant role in promoting quality of laborers. Therefore, China should strengthen technological introduction and innovation, and in the process of technology introduction, emphasize technological digestion and absorption from imitation to innovation, and thereby increase autonomous R&D capabilities. At the same time, China should increase investment in human capital and strengthen human capital accumulation.
