摘要
探讨高压脉冲电场(PEF)辅助乙醇提取栀子黄色素。实验结果表明,最佳提取条件为脉冲电场强度20kV·cm-1、脉冲数8、料液比为1:15、乙醇浓度60%,一次提取率可达93.2%,提取效果优于其他方法,具有省时、高效、低能耗等特点。
The extracting method of gardenia yellow by ethanol assisted with PEF was researched.The result of experiment showed that the optimum extracting condition were electric field intensity 20kV·cm-1,pulse number 8,gardenia to ethanol ratio 1：15 and ethanol concentration 60%.Under such conditions,the extraction yield could reach 93.2%.Compared with other methods,this extraction method was more time saving,more efficient and lower energy consumed.
