摘要
[目的]准确可靠地测定三江源地区土壤样中银、硼、锡的含量。[方法]采用发射光谱法测定银、硼、锡的含量。[结果]在最佳测定条件下,该方法检出限Ag为0.02μg/g、B为0.92μg/g、Sn为0.84μg/g,相对标准偏差小于4%(n=12)。[结论]该方法具有准确度、精密度好,检出限低等特点,可满足土壤样中银、硼、锡的检测要求。
[Objective] Accurate and reliable determination of the content silver,boron and tin in soil samples of Three Rivers Bank.[Method] Emission spectrometric determination of silver,boron,tin content.[Results] In the optimum conditions,the detection limit of Ag was 0.02 μg/g,B was 0.92 μg/g,Sn was 0.84 μg/g,relative standard deviation less than 4%(n=12).[Conclusion] This method has good accuracy,precision,low detection limits,can meet the soil samples in silver,boron,tin and testing requirements.
