摘要
研究了以电弧发射光谱法对生态地球化学样品中痕量银、锡、硼的测定方法,实验了不同缓冲剂对银、锡、硼测定的影响,选择了最佳缓冲剂及工作条件。以K2S2O7、Al2O3、NaF、KI、碳粉为缓冲剂,Ge为内标,降低了谱线背景及检出限,提高了方法的准确度和精密度,检出限为Ag0.012μg/g、Sn 0.18μg/g、B 0.85μg/g,精密度(RSD,n=12)为Ag 3.6%~8.2%、Sn 5.5%~6.2%、B 5.9%~7.1%。经国家一级标准物质验证,测定结果与标准值相符。
Emission spectrometry is chosen to determine the trace sliver,tin, and boron in geochemical samples. Experiments studied the influences of various buffers on sliver, tin and boron, based on which the optimal buffer and laboratorial conditions are selected. K2 S2 07, NaF, A12 03, KI and carbon powder are used as buffers and Ge as internal standard. The spectra background and detection limits were remarkably reduced and the accuracy and precision for these elements were improved. The detection limits of the method are 0. 012 μg/g for Ag,0. 18 μg/g for Sn and 0.85 μg/gforB. The precision of the method Ag3.6 % -8.2 %,Sn5.5 % -6.2 %,and B5.9 % -7.1% (RSD,n = 12). The method has been verified by first grade national standard reference material and the results are consistent with certified values.
