摘要
研究了用ICP-MS法[4测定]硫酸双氢链霉素中的硼时,共存物质链霉胍、硫酸链霉素,以及共存离子Li,Be,K,Na,Ca,Mg硼测定的影响.结果表明,此方法的精密度好,RSD<2.0%,回收率在90.0%~98.0%,结果满意.
Determination of boron in streptomycin-sulphate by ICP-MS is studied. Effects of coexistence substance, such as streptidine, streptomycin sulphate and Li, Be, K, Na, Ca, Mg, on determination of boron are examined. The results showed that recoveries of the method is in the range of 90.0% to 98.0%, and RSD is lower than 2.0%. The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate.
