摘要
分析了多目标生态地球化学土壤样品分析误差的主要来源,探讨了高精度测试分析方法的优化与选择,XFS法标准物质回归曲线对标准物质的含量与数量的要求;提出了质量监控粗大误差对F检验的影响,测量极大值和极小值的处理,内检样的合理插置,测试质量警告限的设置,组分总量的验证,异常抽查等一些实质性、操作性极强、具有实效的必要方法。
It has analyzed the main error sources of multi - aim ecological geo - chemical soil samples analysis an discussed the optimization of testing, and analyzing method with high precision and the demand of XFS method standard material regression curve for the content and amount of standard material, moreover it has put up the practical, operational and effective method to solve the big error of quality controlling on the influence towards the F inspecting, to deal with the measuring of maximum and minimum value, to have a reasonable inserting of internal inspecting, to arrange the warning limit for testing quality, to testify the total component and to do selective examination to the abnormal situation as well.
