发射光谱法定量测定岩矿、土壤中的Ag、B、Sn、Mo 被引量:15

摘要 样品以焦硫酸钾、氟化钠、三氧化二铝和碳粉为缓冲剂,改善各元素的蒸发行为,采用较短的摄谱时间,大大降低光谱背景,以两根装样电极两次重叠摄谱,分别对长波、短波相板采用不同显影时间,以锗作为内标元素,实现了试样中银、硼、锡、钼的同时定量测定.方法应用于岩石、土壤等地质样品测试中取得了满意的结果。 Potassium disulfate, sodium fluoride, alumina, carbon powder as the buffering agent, the evaporation of every element has been improved. Short time for taking spectrum and graph, the spectral background has been reduced greatly. Taking superposed spectrum and graph with two electrodes, different developing time is introduced into the long wave and short wave modes. Ge is elected as the internal standard element, and the Ag, B, Sn, Mo in the samples are quantitative determined. Application of the method in sample testing gets satisfactory result.
