摘要
目的:本文应用电镜技术研究了家兔移饲高原后,睾丸间质细胞在电镜下的超微结构。方法:实验动物分平原组,高原给药组和高原对照组。结果:高原对照组的睾丸间质细胞滑面内质网明显扩张增大,线粒体肿胀,嵴断裂甚至呈空泡状。高原给药组的睾丸间质细胞滑面内质网略有扩大,线粒体肿胀轻,嵴偶有断裂。结论:说明用药后睾丸间质细胞超微结构变化较少。结果提示,异叶青兰对低氧环境的睾丸间质细胞有一定保护作用,可使其功能改善。
To study the effects of dracocephalum heterophylium benth on Leydig's cells of tests of rabbitts at high altitude by EM.Methods:All rabbitts sourced from Xi’an(396m altitude).Animals were randomly divided into three groups of 7 animals each:plain group served as control;high altitude control group was exposed to 3 800m for 8 days,high altitude group was exposed to 3 800m and given the Dracocephalum heterophylium benth for 8 days(5g/time/day,qd).The samples of tests of all rabbits were collected to observe the changes of ultrastructure using EM.Result:The some mitochondrials and smooth endoplasmic reticulums in the Leydig’s cells were breaken more in high altitude control group compared with that in high altitude group.Conclusion:The Dracocephalum heterophylium bent can play a protective role on the Leydig's cells under high altitude hypoxic environment,which improve the function of kidney.$$$$
