摘要
针对筛网旋流器工作过程中常见的断流和堵筛问题,通过对颗粒到达筛面时两者运动情况的分析,得出两者的相对切向速差必须小于颗粒透筛允许的最大速度,才能够取得良好的透筛效率。提出了一种变静止筛网为转动筛网的筛网旋流器,可以很好地解决筛网旋流器的断流和堵筛现象。
Aiming at common problem of flow and plugging in working process of cyclone screen cloth, through analysing on movement of particles and sieve when particles arrive surface of sieve and find that it can be better efficiency of passing through sieve if relative tangential speed difference between particles and sieve is smaller than maximun allowed speed of particles passing through sieve. A kind of cyclone screen cloth with rotating sieve is coming out and it can solve problems of flow and plugging of sieve very well.
