难浮煤泥二次浮选工艺研究与应用 被引量:17

摘要 为解决难浮煤泥浮选时精煤灰分高,尾煤灰分低的问题,分别进行浮选入料粒度组成,密度组成和分步释放实验,分析粒度组成、密度组成对浮选的影响和煤泥的可浮性。煤泥浮选实验结果表明:一次浮选的精煤灰分高,产率低,尾煤灰分低,很难满足生产要求,需采用二次浮选工艺。在入料性质相近的条件下,灰分为10.50%时,二次选比一次选精煤产率提高3.37%,尾煤灰分增加2.50%,浮选完善指标提高3.38%。工业生产表明:精煤灰分相近条件下,二次浮选比一次浮选的精煤产率、尾煤灰分和浮选完善指标分别提高了5.78%,3.20%和4.93%。 Aiming at the high ash of clean and low ash of tail coal in flotation of hard-to-float fine coal, the tests of particle size, density composition and coal flotation test progressive release were carried out, to analyze their influences on flotation process and floatability. The flotation tests result showed that, the first flotation failed to satisfy the production requirements, due to the high ash and low yield of clean coal, and low ash of the tail coal, so the secondary flotation process must be taken. According to the secondary flotation results, with similar feed and 10. 50% clean coal ash, the clean coal yield, tail coal ash and faultless index of flotation exceeded the first flotation process, by 3.37%, 2. 50% and 3.38%, respectively. According to the industrial application results, with similar clean coal ash and feed, the result of secondary flotation process comprising clean coal yield, tail coal ash and faultless index of flotation exceed the first flotation process, by 5.78%, 3.20% and 4. 93%, respectively.
