摘要
在实验室试验的基础上,对某铅锌选矿厂Ф53m浓密机底流中极细粒级黄铁矿的回收进行了工业试验研究。试验结果表明:Ф53m浓密机底流经旋流器分级,旋流器沉砂泵送至原选硫系统的高硫给矿搅拌槽,经浮选-重选-浮选工艺流程选别后,硫精矿品位达47%以上,对比原选硫系统,硫精矿的回收率提高6.31%,尾矿品位降低0.26%,年增产值约1200万元。
On the basis of laboratory experiments,the recovery of an ultra-fine pyrite inΦ53mthickener underflow of a lead-zinc ore dressing plant was researched in industrial scale.The research showed that through the classification of hydrocyclone,the grit of hydrocyclone was pumped to the high grade sulfur feed stirring tank of original sulfur separate system.After flotation-gravity separation-flotation system,the grade of the sulfur concentrate was higher than47%.Compared to the original flotation system,the recovery of sulfur concentrate increased by 6.31% and the tailing grade reduced by 0.26%,which can get an annual growth of about 12 million yuan.
