摘要
通过将筛网分级与水力分级相结合,发明了一种具有较高分级精度与效率的分级设备—旋流分级柱。通过对旋流分级柱进行研究,探究旋流分级柱的颗粒透筛机理。分级试验结果表明,各粒级颗粒分级效率与中心轴转速成正比,较粗颗粒的分级效率与叶片γ方位角成正比,细颗粒的分级效率与叶片γ方位角成反比;高速相机观测试验表明,中心轴转速增加会提高旋流分级柱内部流场的流动速度;叶片δ方位角的作用是推动流体向外向上运动;叶片γ方位角的作用是推动流体向前向上运动。
By combining sieve classification with hydraulic classification,a new classification equipment-eddying classification column with higher classification precision and efficiency was invented.Through the study of the eddying classification column,the mechanism of particles through the screen of the eddying classification column was explored.The experimental results showed that the classification efficiency of each particle was directly proportional to the rotation speed of the central shaft,that of the coarser particles was directly proportional to theγazimuth angle of the blade,and that of the finer particles is inversely proportional to it.High-speed camera observation test showed that the velocity of the flow field in the cyclone classifier increased with the increase of the rotational speed of the central shaft.The function of the delta azimuth angle of the blade was to push the fluid to move outwards and upwards and the effect of the vane gamma azimuth was to move the fluid forward and upward.
