摘要
目的探讨CD147在食管癌中的表达及其与食管癌预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测CD147蛋白在食管癌中表达,采用流式细胞术定量检测新鲜食管癌组织中CD147的表达量。结果所有的食管癌(37/37,100.0%)和绝大多数正常食管组织(7/8,87.5%)都表达CD147蛋白,均主要表达在细胞表面;CD147在食管癌中的表达量与正常食管表达量无明显异常,但其在癌组织中的随着肿瘤进展,其表达量也随之增高。结论 CD147表达为评价食管癌不良预后一个可靠指标,亦提示其为食管癌治疗的一个靶点。
Objective To study the expressions and significance of CD147 proteins in esophageal carcinoma（EC） and their relationship with the patient prognosis.Methods The expressions of CD147 protein in 45 cases were detected by Immunohistochemitical staining,Flow Cytometry was used to quantitative analysis of CD147 protein.Results All of ECs（37/37,100.0%）,and most of esophageal mucosa（EM）（7/8,87.5%）,it mainly was located in cancer cell membrane in ECs and basal cells membrane in NCs;The expressions of CD147 wasn′t significative difference between normal cervix and CCs,but with tumor progression.Conclusion CD147 expression was evaluated a reliable indicator of poor prognosis for cervical cancer,it was a target for CC therapy.
