摘要
目的探讨CD44v6和上皮钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在膀胱移行细胞癌(TCCB)中的表达及其与肿瘤生物学行为间的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测68例TCCB和10例正常膀胱黏膜标本中CD44v6和E-cadherin的表达。结果正常膀胱黏膜CD44v6呈阴性表达,不同病理分级和不同临床分期的TCCB组织中CD44v6阳性表达率间差别均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。在复发组与未复发组CD44v6阳性表达率间差别有显著性意义(P<0.01)。正常膀胱黏膜E-cadherin呈阳性表达,不同病理分级和不同临床分期的TCCB组织中E-cadherin阳性表达率间差别均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。在复发组与未复发组E-cadherin阳性表达率间差别有显著性意义(P<0.01)。在TCCB中,CD44v6表达与E-cadherin表达呈负相关(r=-0.37,P<0.05)。结论CD44v6和E-cadherin表达与TCCB病理分级、浸润及复发关系密切,二者可以作为判定TCCB恶性程度及复发的参考指标。
Objective To study the expression of CD44 v6 and E -cadherin in transitional cell carcinoma of bladder （TCCB） and analyze their correlation with biological behavior of tumor. Methods The expressions of CD44v6 and E - cadherin in 68 cases of TCCB and 10 cases of normal bladder tissue were detected by streptavidin - peroxidase immunohistochemical method. Results CD44v6 was negatively expressed in normal bladder mucosa. The positive expression rate of CD44v6 showed significant difference in different histological grades in TCCB, and the difference showed great significance as well in different clinical stages （ χ^2 = 14. 11,χ^2 =8.29, P 〈0. 01 ） ; The difference in positive expression rate of CD44v6 in recurrence group and non - recurrence group was significant （ P 〈0. 01 ）. E - cadherin was positively expressed in normal bladder mucosa. The positive expression rate of E - cadherin showed significant differencen in different histological grades in TCCB, and the difference showed great significance as well in different clinical stages （ χ^2 = 15.27, χ^2 =9. 73, P 〈0. 01 ） ; The difference in positive expression rate of E - cadherin in recurrence group and non - recurrence group was significant （ P 〈0.01 ）. The expression of CD44 v6 in TCCB was negatively correlated with E - cadherin （ r = - 0. 37, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The expressions of CD44v6 and E - cadherin are closely related to the tumor cell grade, depth of invasion and recurrence. Expressions of Both CD44v6 and E - cadherin may be used as parameters for assessing the malignant degree and recurrence of TCCB.
