乏氧诱导因子-1α和血管内皮生长因子C及CD44v6在食管鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)中乏氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)和CD44v6蛋白的表达情况及其与食管癌临床病理特征的关系。方法选择58例ESCC患者,取其手术标本或胃镜活检病理组织,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测ESCC组织中HIF-1α、VEGF-C和CD44v6蛋白的表达。结果 58例患者的ESCC组织中,HIF-1α、VEGF-C和CD44v6均呈高表达,阳性表达率分别为51.7%、53.4%和60.3%。不同性别、临床分期、分化程度的患者,其ESCC组织中HIF-1α、VEGF-C和CD44v6的阳性表达率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而淋巴结转移者ESCC组织中VEGF-C和CD44v6的阳性表达率显著高于无淋巴结转移者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HIF-1α表达与VEGF-C表达呈相关(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF-C、CD44v6表达与淋巴结转移有关,检测二者可作为判定ESCC侵袭转移能力的客观指标,而HIF-1α表达在食管癌淋巴结转移中的作用尚待进一步扩大样本验证。 Objective To investigate the expressions of hypoxia - inducible factor - 1α ( HIF - 1 α ) , vascular endothelial growth factor - c ( VEGF - C) , CD44v6 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) tissues and its relationship to the clinicopathalogy features of ESCC. Methods The expression of HIF - 1α, VEGF - C and CD44v6 were detected by immnohistochemical staining in 58 ESCC patients. Results In the ESCC tissues of 58 ptaients, HIF - 1 α, VEGF - C and C and CD44v6 were highly expressed, with positive rates of 51.7%, 53.4%, 60. 3%, respectively, which were not correlated with sex, clinical stage and degree of differentiation ( P 〉 0. 05 ), but VEGF - C and CD44V6 correlated with lymph metastasis ( P 〈 0.05 ). The positive expression of HIF - 1a was related to VEGF - C ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The expressions of VEGF - C and CD44v6, correlated with lymph node metastasis, can be used as an objective indicator for ESCC invasion and metastasis ability. But the role of HIF - 1 αexpression in esophageal cancer lymph node metatasis is to be further verified with more samples.
