摘要
为了提高高职食品理化检验实训课程的教学质量和教学效果,培养学生的职业能力,分析了传统食品理化检验实训教学中存在的问题,并从实训教学的设计理念、教学内容的选取及教学实施过程三方面,对食品理化检验实训教学进行了优化设计。
In order to improve teaching quality and teaching effect of food physical and chemical analysis practical training courses in higher vocational school,cultivate students'professional abilities,this paper analyzes teaching problems in traditional practical training of food physical and chemical analysis,and make optimal design from the aspects of design concept,training content and training process.
