摘要
面对高职院校商检技术、食品营养与检测等专业食品理化检验教学中来自学生和学科的挑战,根据传统教学模式的弊端,从调动学生积极性、教学内容的改革、教学模式的改革、考核方式的改革等方面探讨了教学改革中的思路。
In the face of the problems and challenges on the teaching of chemical examination of food in commodity-inspection technology major and the food-nutrition and detection major in vocational college, we try to warm up the enthusiasm of students, reform the teaching content and the teaching model, and also the assessment methods in order to improve the quality of teaching.
