摘要
高职院校会计专业人才培养模式必须打破传统的以会计理论为主、实践教学为辅的课程教学体系,要立足当地经济,应用职业生涯规划理念不断对其进行创新,并通过教材建设、师资培养和实践基地的发展等方面给予实施保障。
Personnel training mode of accounting major in higher vocational colleges must break the tradi. tional teaching system which focus on the accounting theory and takes practice teaching as adjunct. The mode should be based on the local economy, applying career planning to innovate new ideas. Also, the mode should be given enforcement guarantee through the textbooks, teacher training and practice base.
