摘要
采用LI-6400型便携式光合测定系统对含笑(Michelia figo(Lour.)Spreng.)叶片春季光合日变化进行了研究。结果表明:含笑净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,最高峰出现在10:00左右,次峰出现在13:00,存在光合"午休"现象。含笑日最大净光合速率为4.783μmol.m-2.s-1。同时净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率日变化均呈双峰曲线,而胞间CO2体积分数呈现出先逐步下降到12:00达到次高峰,而后下降,最后缓慢上升,到17:00到达最高峰。净光合速率与气孔导度、蒸腾速率、叶片温度均呈正相关,净光合速率与胞间CO2浓度呈负相关,而蒸腾速率与气孔导度呈正相关。
An experiment was conducted to study the diurnal variation of photosynthetic characteristcs of Michelia figo Leaves.and its light response by Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system.The results showed that: the net photosynthetic rate of Michelia figo presented a double-peak curve.The highest peak in the morning appeared at about 10:00.The second peak appeared at about 13:00 with an obvious photosynthesis 'midday depression'.The maximum of net photosynthetic rate was 4.783 μmol·m-2·s-1.While the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance and transpiration rate change bimodal curve,while the intercellular CO2 concentration showed a gradual reduction in the first 12:00 to the second peak,then decreased,and finally slowly increased to reach peak 17:00.Net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance,transpiration rate,leaf temperature was positively correlated with net photosynthetic rate and intercellular CO2 concentration was negatively correlated with stomatal conductance and transpiration rate were positively correlated.
